Scopely has given you access to this tool as necessary to perform authorized business functions, pursuant to our agreement. You must keep your access protocols secure and may not share them with anyone, except as explicitly authorized by Scopely. As with other systems you may use in the normal course of your work with Scopely, this tool may give you access to personally identifiable information (“PII”) (e.g. names and other identifying information), including Scopely player PII. You may not use or permit use of Pll for any reason except as strictly necessary for legitimate business purposes, consistent with Scopely's policies (e.g. Privacy Policy) and applicable law - e.g., you may collect/access Pll only as is necessary to perform your work. You must ensure appropriate security for any Pll you use or access, and must protect Pll from unauthorized or unlawful access, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, or damage.

In the event you become aware of a breach or attempted breach of Scopely's security measures or player PII, you must immediately notify your manager and Scopely's General Counsel, Roy Rosenthal.
